We specialize in the health care and consumer discretionary sectors using a socially responsible investment overlay. The firm was founded on January 1, 2007 and invests across all market caps.
Alex Andrade
The fund manager, Alex Andrade, graduated with a BBA and JD from the University of Texas and a MBA from Columbia University.
He was hired by William von Mueffling and continued to work at Lazard Asset Management for four years before founding Bulle Rock Capital.

We focus on consumer and health care in order to emphasize having a depth of understanding as opposed to only a breadth of information
Employ a deep, fundamental, bottom-up research process
We focus on smaller orphaned medical device stocks and out of favor consumer stocks
Construct a concentrated portfolio with only high conviction positions
High conviction companies are those that will see outperformance driven by unique products or services.
Unique businesses reduce cyclical market exposure. This means that these companies can continue to outperform even during an economic slowdown.
Bottom-up fundamental research identifies long-term market opportunity through identifying various barriers to entry such as brand name or valuable patents.
